We strongly recommend clients register their domain through their own account with a registrar such as GoDaddy or Namecheap. Your domain belongs to you at all times. Limo Grow will never hold your domain hostage or restrict its transfer.
Your domain, content, images, and all business data are 100% yours and can be exported at any time.
The website design, CMS platform, and underlying codebase remain the exclusive intellectual property of Limo Grow, developed over 15 years with an estimated platform value of $60,000+. Clients are granted full access to the CMS platform for the duration of their active hosting subscription.
CMS access is exclusively available on Limo Grow`s hosting infrastructure and cannot be installed or transferred to third-party servers.
Limo Grow operates on a fully managed hosting infrastructure purpose-built for our platform. We do not provide cPanel, server-level access, FTP credentials, or any direct server management tools. Your website is managed through your Limo Grow CMS dashboard, similar to how Wix or Squarespace manage hosting entirely on behalf of their clients.
First year hosting is included at no additional cost from the date the order is placed. Hosting space is reserved immediately upon order confirmation.
After the first year, an annual hosting fee applies to keep the website live and maintain CMS access. Discontinuation of hosting will result in the website going offline.
Technical support, platform updates, malware cleanup, file restoration, and ongoing maintenance are only provided for websites hosted on Limo Grow servers. We do not provide technical support for websites migrated to third-party hosting environments, as server configurations outside our infrastructure are beyond our control.
Clients wishing to migrate their website to an external server may request a static HTML version of their website for a small additional fee. This HTML version can be hosted or converted to WordPress by any developer. Please note that CMS functionality will not be available outside our hosting environment.
Limo Grow provides digital services. All fees cover time, resources, and expertise invested in your project. No refund will be provided once work has commenced based on the agreed requirements. Orders cannot be cancelled after work has begun.
Our services are available for individual and legitimate business use only. Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our websites, CMS, templates, or any proprietary platform components is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund in cases involving illegal activity, adult content, promotion of controlled substances, or any content that violates applicable laws.
We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers. All payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment platforms. Limo Grow does not have access to your full card details at any time.
Limo Grow provides digital services exclusively. No physical products are sold or shipped. All deliverables are provided digitally via a staging link, live website, or downloadable files as applicable.
Limo Grow is not liable for errors, downtime, data loss, or any issues arising from websites hosted on third-party servers. Our liability is limited to services actively hosted and maintained on Limo Grow infrastructure.
Since your website runs on Limo Grow`s managed hosting infrastructure, direct server, file system, and root directory access is not provided to clients or third parties.
