We provide 27X7 Email support. You can email your client relationship manager anytime and you get a response within 24 hours. You can also chat with us. On urgent cases you can speak to your designated manager. However, we would like to mention that we do not have full-time call center support.
We do not provide Email services. Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook are the most recommended service providers.
We do not provide a domain, you can purchase the domain from Godaddy or similar registrar.
To link your domain to the new website, you can either provide us access to your domain control panel so that we can change the DNS.
Or if you know how to change DNS, we can email you the DNS, so you can update your domain panel to link the domain with the new website.
